Should the government try to crack down on it?
On the one hand I believe the government shouldn't be able to dictate things regarding your health. But the every day tax payer is helping pay the health bills of some of these obese people.
And if illegal drugs can be stopped because of "muh harm" then why should the Baconator be any different?

The only thing the government should do is either terminate or loosen the regulation barring insurance companies to screen for preexisting conditions.
Insurance companies should be allowed to LITERALLY rape obese patients for everything they are worth.
