In the US, for example, its perfectly legal to buy spores of various psilocybin cubensis mushrooms. Growing them to fruit and then processing said fruit for sale is illegal though.

LSD leaves you with more physical ticks than schrooms, most common being teeth grinding, so have gum.
Both will give visual/audio hallucinations, but LSD will have what I call conceptual hallucinations. You can see fake or real things and interpret them differently. I once saw my hand silhouetted against a bright light light while I was jittery, and I concluded that my shaking hand was trying to communicate with me. I became convinced a cat was about to talk to me. He never said anything, but I really thought he was going to.
LSD will also keep you awake. It's not like a stimulant feel, but it's just next to impossible to sleep for a very long time. Take LSD early and plan for it. Also take/drink some vitamin C before you start.
also keep in mind mdma may take an hour or more to hit you so be patient if you don't feel much

I've had enough acid in one sitting to be classed as clinically insane. Shits changed me but oh well.
LSD and Psilocybin are quite different but I love them both. LSD is more of a party drug for psytrance open-airs. For me, LSD seems like a virus to reality, it shows you glitches in the system and it feels somehow more synthetic than shrooms. Psilocybin produces more-earth bound trips, connects with nature. I would highly recommend tripping shrooms alone, 5 dried grams on an empty stomach, in total darkness and silence. It's still pretty fun as a party drug in lower doses, but nothing beats a proper heroic dose. Peak into that other dimension man, I would probably say I like it more than DMT even.
LSD is really hard to grow.

if you want peyote look for san pedro cactus, it's the same active chemical (mescaline) as peyote

yes indeed. it's been shown scientifically to aide people in processing trauma, and has a roughly 80% success rate in curing (yes curing) PTSD after one session when combined with related psychotherapy based around the experience. this is the type of information big pharma doesn't want getting out, i mean who the fuck would need antidepressants and the like? docs would just be able to give people who are hurting spiritually or emotionally a good trip and the right words and it'd turn their perspective right round like a record baby
