Surprisingly enjoyable! But the beat annoys me a bit; it's a bit too same-ish for me personally. And the high vocoder is just a cliche. Something better could be used to replace the space. But it's nice anyhow, surprisingly nice...

Trap/10
Wished it wasn't trap.
thank you for the feedback!!! the beat and vocal production was done by a friend. I was just the one singing! haha thank you for the feedback though. I'm hearing your track right now and it's extremely cinematic. it sounds like it can be in a war movie. what did you use to create that sound?

this is really good, goddamn.
not a fan of ambient music, but liked the tone it set. pretty comfy to listen to at night

soundscape, cloud punk, black metal.
I enjoyed this. it sounded like something the weekend would sing over or something haha. You should try and get your name out there because this is def a beat someone would want to rap over.

Thanks for the listen! Appreciate it!
The sound is basically a tape loop going through the EQs and effects. But primarily, and firstly, the loop sound goes through the pitcher so it goes slower than normal. The vinyl sounds were recorded separately.
Thanks! And yeah, I'm not a biggest fan when it comes to electronic stuff so it would be hard for me to review such a thing like your track. Had a listen, it was pleasant enough but I think it lacks something to put your teeth into and totally dive in/zone out. But maybe it's because I'm not a fan.
Nice soundscape. Good dreaming music that takes the mind away. I liked
This is some heavy shit. Love it. Some kind of nostalgia I can't put my finger on
drum machine + reverb + guitar + wah + fuzz + autotune + sub bass = soundcloud.com
>Some kind of nostalgia
That's what I'm going for there, exactly that! Thanks for your listen.
I'm kind of unable to listen to "THIS PLANE..." - it's such a ear-rape sadly and clean mixing doesn't help this track AT ALL.
So I went and heard "OPPORTUNIST" instead. I think if you're going for disjointed sound I advice you to work some more on the mixing. The sound isn't overwhelming enough and the lack of groove of any sorts (bass one, for example) is severely damaging the track. The lack of it makes it all sound out-of-synch and it's not good... Another advice - listen to a lot more of PiL. They've done freak post-punk right imho. I can see ideas here and there on that track but nothing yet refined or extremely engaging. But it's still better than "THIS PLANE...".

the ambient stuff is too mono, otherwise it's a nice slice of house
This track is extremely relaxing. the one thing that threw me off a bit was the bass and how upbeat it was, but it's still a track i'd listen to!! awesome job.

not my kind of lo-fi, I hoped for some low-quality mic'd guitar and maybe a little bit organ, but this track has a genuinely nice atmosphere and I like the bittle bit of the swirling action in the synths, plus how the background fits
I didn't listen to the whole thing, but the few minutes I've heard were pretty nice, even though I don't really like instrumental hip hop, and you take a lot from that. I'd try to experiment with some other percussion patterns, because while the textures change it's getting really tiring after a while.
I really enjoy the tremolo violins, but I guess you could make something a bit more harmonically interesting, adding some suspended notes over the chords to spice the progression up a bit. I don't really like the sound of the acoustic guitar (samples/synth?) either desu, but some nice arrangement ideas are there.
Not my cup of tea, I don't enjoy that effect on the vocal at all. But the string pad has a nice timbre, and production is really quite professional, I'll give you that.
Nice beats, I quite enjoy their lo-fi nature, the background ambient-stuff/drones are way too hidden, I'd play some more with levels and equalisation, they kinda sound seperate from the rest of the track. Cool sample manipulation.
REALLY nice sound, I love the bouncy mix and the distorting guitar. This sounds so goddamn happy, I guess I would back the compression off a little bit, because in places it sounds just way too busy, buit other than that it really is very nice!
sorry, don't have time to do everyone :(

here's a track I did yesterday. Just some guitar noodling with a bit of drum machine and experiments with DX7 emulation through Dexed.

Heard this yesterday and I'd highly recommend it. really inspired me to get into some more textural stuff
This guy has a great vibe on his tracks, I recommend "Come with me if you want to live"

your sonic palette is kind of bland. try spicing it up with automation or totally new sounds. musically though -- you are doing well.
