I took a break yesterday as I was worried I'd start to get withdraw symptoms if I carried on, I felt great and refreshed so decided to carry on using today. How long does it take to start to feel the crippling symptoms you hear about all the time? Or is that just when you shoot up?

You can start and stop for about a month with no withdrawals. Honestly just use on weekend if you can or never more than 3 in a row. But lets be real soon you'll be up to using 3 times a day just to "get well".
