all banks are insured. this means they will hand you the money they have. Keep in mind its not going to be much at all, and large amounts (2-4k is the most each teller generally is allowed to carry without moving it back to the main vault) are kept in a main vault that generally take 2 people to open and isnt quick. There are alarms all over, even at the banker desks away from tellers in ever single branch (in store and not instore) i have worked in (3 seperate WFs, 1 instore 2 norms). When you run out they will immediately trigger the alarm and try to watch anything you do, including cars you get into or direction you go if safe to do so. You will have no issue getting the money. Good luck getting away in the long run however, FBI generally get involved fast if you manage a large amount, and the cops love a good bank robbery.

Take the drivers license of the teller getting your money. Tell her that you will kill her and her family if there is a dye pack in the loot.

The Max limit where I worked was 10k, the large mostly hidden in one of the drawers to make it look like 5k max in main drawer. Anything over is supposed to be taken tback to the vault to protect and minimize losses in event of a robbery. Getting anything higher requires a not so fast trip to the vault with a supervisor. It always require 2 different keys and a combo at least.

Just use an ATM if you're too shy talking to the bank teller. Handing out notes is kind of weird and could be misconstrued.

ATM's are very convenient to use. You simply insert your debit card, enter your PIN and choose the amount of money you would like to withdraw from your bank account. But be sure to not overcharge it, because the interest rate you will have to pay on that is rather high.

They get away with it when it is a very small amount of money - this is, whatever the teller has on him at that moment, which could range from a few hundreds to a few thousands.

this is true. You need to think long term heists. Watch the movie The Town(which is a fucking beast ass movie). Do something similar to their small heists which has minimal planning. At least you'll go to jail for $80k not $6k. If you can round up a group of trustworthy straight headed guys and get a crew, the potential is way more. Nowadays, everything is insured.
