I started an all fruit/ vegetable diet a few years ago just for 2 weeks to see how I'd feel. Wound up losing like 80lbs and stayed that way for a long time, I'd still eat meat sometimes, but almost never fast food or processed shit like soda or shit like doritos/ cheetos/ etc. Shit that needs flavor powder on it. I ate fruit and nuts as snacks.
Now that I've started gaining too much weight again I'm back on it. Its mostly the beer though. I only drink water and black coffee and beer.
I have no idea how I used to eat the way I did. Now if I eat anywhere near the amount I used to (like a half a pizza, or two cheeseburgers in one sitting etc.) I feel like I'm gonna fucking die, faint and puke in that order
