They destroyed some Islamic era historical sites, as well as some Ottoman era forts that were in disarray.

They still have pre-Islamic tombs carved into the walls in the deserts. I believe they're Nabatean, similar to Petra in Jordan.

Believe it or not but Arabia for most of its history was not controlled by Saudis. I know this is bait but Saudi Arabia is literally just a playground for the House of Saud and batshit Wahabbis. Even Canada has more culture than Saudi Arabia. They've done away with most of the culture that existed before the Saudi takeover of Arabia in the 1920s and replaced it with the sterile and artificial piece of shit that exists now.

Iran was a shithole in the 70s, the Iranian revolution has been nothing but good for it.

There is literally nothing really interesting or of great impact for culture's history there before islam. All of greatest pieces of art and literature that are pre-islamic are from Levant and Iraq.

I agree that the Saud family is shit, and that Arabia would have been better being ruled by the Hashemites. But it's still Saudi Arabia's history and culture.
