Not metal but love the heaviness of the guitars and bass and the bit at 1:50

Here's the song live if interested but unfortunately the mixing isn't good and guitar is too quiet

I half ass know them. Well, Lou more than the rest. Basically I have seen them enough times, and have seen them off and on over almost 30 years, and talked to Lou and used to hang out with them before/after shows when I was like 16. (I'm old af like them)

They STILL kill it when they play.

I fucking LOVE Terror. Hatebreed became shitty brocore around the time they got on the radio (thats how they got on the radio)

well I mean guitar during chorus sounds quiet

>Hatebreed
Hey come on this song is really good. Love how singer attempts to sing clean in the chorus.

i used to love so much terror but i heard they ripped their music off of madball and apparently " do not care " still really enjoy their music. some of all these bands songs get me pumped up..... if ever i got in a fight and somehow one of their songs was playing i think it would give me like... 25% more energy maybe? dunno

TOTALLY! LOL I know that feel (about the fight)

haha

Really wish I got to see them live before Dave Mustaine became a church going nancy boy.

Really wish I got to see him play Prince of Darkness live. Why doesn't he wanna sing that? It's not actually pro Satanic anyway as it is just referencing the Devil...

He won't perform the conjuring or holy wars. Two of my favorite songs

I had the opportunity to see them live a few years ago. I decided not to go because what's the point if they're not gonna play my favorite songs?

He played Holy Wars at COTA when they opened for Maiden a few years ago.

I am probably the only one who actually likes to see Megadeth experiment with their music instead of trying to do a full on Thrash Metal album.

Sucks that Mustaine has said that next album isn't going to try to do anymore radio friendly songs when to me, some of the tracks on Risk are really good (I'll Be There, Breadline, Wanderlust) and wish he would make more of those instead of just trying to do an entire album of speed metal and thrash which we have heard a lot.

Dystopia was alright. Because I have listened to a lot of Thrash and Speed, I can't give something like that a really high score because I am someone who also enjoys a wide variety of music (no offence to metal fans who prefer Thrash) but to me I like to see Metal bands experiment with some of their tracks.

"Forget to Remember" is a highly underrated song off the 2013 Super Collider and hope to hear similar songs in the future depending if Mustaine changes his mind but looks like he won't because he said he doesn't want to take anymore risks (which I don't understand why he doesn't experiment more and just don't give a shit about the thrash fans who cry when something isn't as heavy).

Seriously the chorus to this song is a masterpiece and you have to be a hater of music to say it's not good

At least he has a very good line up of songs. Nickelback however have written some really good heavy songs and for some reason they tend to stick to the pop ballad genre when they perform live.

Yes I like some Nickelback songs don't laugh at me but seriously stuff like this would be amazing to hear live but for some reason they just don't perform this:
youtube.com/watch?v=6fmScubXlNw

For some reason they decided to lower the volume of the solo guitar during the chorus which sounds great but you can hardly hear it here. Would sound great live

Aww damn I bet it was awesome. Maybe he still plays that song because it doesn't necessarily talk shit about god

I never really cared for their newer stuff. Imo they peaked at countown. I appreciate that they're still out there doing it. But it just doesn't compare to rust in peace, or peace sells

I know he still has a lot of solid songs to choose from. I just don't agree with the fact that his religious belief should get in the way of his performance.

Kerry King from Slayer is an avid church goer despite the fact that he's in slayer

...

Difference being that Kerry King is a legend and Nickleback is a failed abortion.
