False. To build a computer, you need to know the basics of electronics to connect all the wires. You need to know basic programming to program the BIOS and install Windows. You need to have a lot of patience, and if something goes wrong, you need to troubleshoot it yourself.
Building a PC isn't incredibly difficult, but I dare say that no one in this thread could've done it when they were 11.
