I mean it doesn't look like it would kill you if you're only an SSRI, but it does have dangerous interactions with lithium and stimulants. The effects last less than a day but that doesn't mean it isn't completely out of your system at that time. It's not used for anything medically that they would have an actual elimination half life for it.
