Sup Forums This is the story of how my life got fucked up for ever.
>2012 >It was my 20th birthday, my girlfriend was 16. (age of consent is 16 where I live) >She surprises me with tickets to the United states >we arrive in California, my uncle from Washington has driven down to spend time with us >he suprises me and buys a shitty little car for me to travel the states in >My girlfriend and I, head off on our road trip. >Stopping a little out of San Fransisco, we hitch out tent a little off the road in a grass area. >Get bored, start fucking >Getting loud so we dont hear footsteps >Here a loud voice say "This is private property". >Tent starts unzipping. >It's two police officers standing there, catching us naked, with my cock still inside her. >They ask us to put on clothes and step out of the tent. >Get out of the tent, they explain that we need to leave the property. >Ask for identification for their notes. >They see that I'm 20 and she is 16. >I'm cuffed and put into a police car. >I get charged with a felony offence. >Can't even get good legal aid because this is the United States and i'm not a citizen. >I'm now on a sex offenders list.
TL;DR Fucking my girlfriend is completely legal in Australia, where I'm from. But is a felony offence when I went on holiday.
Well.. Not really fucked up forever then is it you pillock
Jackson Parker
I'm on a sex offenders list forever.
Sebastian Sullivan
Hey at least you didnt get shot
Gavin Anderson

Elijah Harris
Sadly, it's on my record her in Australia. I can never get a working with childrens clearance. Which loses my chance of becoming a teacher.
And I have to fill out on the registry here at the start of 2018
Lincoln Rivera
Surely they saw you were both Australian, did you even argue the fact that it's legal for you both?
Samuel Brooks
I brought this up to the police. The lawyer also brought this up in court, it's what my entire case rested upon.
But apparently there can be "no exceptions" to the california statutory rape law, unless I was one year younger. If I was one year younger then there is a "close in age" clause, which would have been a viable case.
Benjamin Lewis
Move to south africa. Nobody will know the difference.
Carson Young
it would still be considered statutory rape in Australia you fucking pedo
>be OP >travel to foreign country >assume all laws, norms, and mores are the same >breaks the law of that country >cries online looking for validation of innocence
Levi Sanders
>be OP >Has completely consensual sex with girlfriend >Would have been fine if literally anybody else in the US had caught them >It's a police officer
This is not justice
Brandon Smith
You didn't want to be a teacher anyways
And you still might be able to get a pardon for it.
Leo Clark
Justice? Laws are laws and many are zero tolerance. Research the area you are going to before you get there. Fucking sheep in the middle east is legal in public but that doesn't mean a sand nigger can go to disneyland in the usa and fuck a sheep at the petting zoo.
Joshua Martin
thats not how it fucking works mate your criminal offense doesn't show up in your home country. you know how many times I've been arrested for smoking dope in canada? literally hundreds. you know how many times that has affected me in the USA? NONE.
Juan Morris
Who cares? Just never come back to America and everything is ok, right? If it's legal in your country, how would it follow you when you go back?
Bentley Brown
There's a difference between a drug offence and a statutory rape offence.
Nope, sadly because I'm a registered sex offender in America, that means I cant get clearance in Australia.
Angel Hall
ignorance is not a legal defense. sorry mate but you done goofed.
why would you care if you are in the sex offenders list? have you decided to stay in this shit hole we call america?
Isaiah Scott
I had to register on the offenders list once returning to Australia.
Jeremiah Phillips
She was a minor on vacation with you? Sorry mate that would make you the responsible adult for her. That means even in WA you would have been convicted for statutory rape. You shouldn't be fucking high school girls when you're college aged anyway, fag.
Lincoln Roberts
>Nope, sadly because I'm a registered sex offender in America, that means I cant get clearance in Australia.
Just file a complaint and a repeal, you whiney bitch.
Brody Mitchell
She wasn't in high school, she was an apprentice electrician. And we are now currently engaged.
Sebastian Garcia
hahaha, damn dude. thats unfortunate.
Robert Edwards
She was 16, she would have been required to be in school to qualify. Until you turn 18 you can't qualify for an apprenticeship without a school requirement. Fag.
Jeremiah Gomez
Um fuck off for one, that's not legal here two, so what U.S is shit three, fuck off lying fag
Ethan Foster
After year 10, you can become an apprentice fag Plus she was at her dads company, so it made it easier
Bentley Phillips
I am sorry. America is not Australia. loser jjjj
Jacob Watson
So you're all a bunch of criminals, sounds about right for Aussies. Fag.
