Mostly yellow. They're supposed to be color-coded based on what size the water pipes are and how much water they can supply if the city follows the standards.
Yellow is normal in unincorporated area's in Oklahoma, Red for Cities and town departments.
The news in my state uncovered that most of the far out there hydrants didn't work or weren't serviced since the early 2000s, makes you wonder which ones near me work.
