I've never watched CPBL but I'm guessing qq (the chink site in the OP) will probably have them, that site has some KBO and NPB also. fighters stream guy, which is the link in the OP, has all fighters games at least, showing their preseason game right now. site might not work for you though
KBO you can usually catch games often on aqstream, it's a streaming service thing that has a shit ton of korean channels, you can find which channel the game is on on mykbostats.com
