>always been tired since pre-early teens >headaches almost everyday >always sleep no matter how much, where or how I sleep >been to doctor several times but they tell me the same thing >"just stop playing vidya and go outside lol xDDD" >"nigga just stop eating shit and eat healthy" >always had a faily healthy and normal healthstyle >didn't finish education and failed many clases since I was absent so often >managed to get jobs anyway but I had to quit becuase and one time even got fired because of this >joined the army hoping it would fix this shit but had to quit after 5 weeks >current neet but I still eat healthy, do housework, go for a 45 min walk in the forest everyday but no chances at all >talk to a therapist to find out if it's something mental but nothing other than I have aspergers >too scared to ask people about this since they just tell me I'm lazy
what do I do? I'm so fucking tired of being tired all the time. I can't get a proper education, a proper job and I don't ever have any energy for myself or others either
They've never done bloodwork ? Could be a deficiency.
Nathaniel Green
Have you ever heard of the disease POTS? Its incredibly rare but you display quite a few of the symptoms
Liam Jones
several times all levels are normal
nope, haven't heard of that, but after reading about it, it honestly doesn't seem like I have it
Jacob James
My GF has this, along with a few more symptoms (weak stomach, occasional cluster headache) and has had a similar experience with the doctors. They always tell her its nothing, and that she is a hypochondriac, but I live with her and I can TELL she is not faking it. She hates that condition, and hates being like that. I am going to take her to a private hospital and ask for a brain scan soon, because Im honestly getting scared for her.
Cooper Johnson
Visit a neurologist. It's a common symptom of neurosis and it might be mitigated with some simple drugs. Also you might need psychotherapy.
William Williams
They're not fucking joking about correcting your diet and exercise XXXD lol you fucking moron. But what do they kno right? They only went thru like 10 years of medical school. No one cares what you consider a healthy lifestyle. There is already a definitive 'healthy lifestyle' that you need to practice every now and then. At the very least jerk off whenever your go to bed. If this still isn't helping than no joke fucking go for an evening run, cut out drinking caffiene after lunch, and quit eating dry, packaged crap. Obviously your body isn't cut out to get away with the lifestyle of the fat and lazy. That sucks, but that's your life
Hunter Lopez
Its most probably psychosomatic. Go see a psychiatrist.
Aaron Nelson
Give away your trustfund.
Alexander Cook
I know they're not joking but I've recieved the same answer everytime, gone through meal plans and exercise plans. I was in the military where they feed you the right food and give you the correct excercise to tun you into a soldier and it still didn't help me. and when this doesn't work then it's obviously not the problem I rarely mastrubate, rarely drink coffee, almost never eat candy, chips or drink soda, I don't drink and I eat proper meals everyday and at least 2 types of fruit everyday, and as I said I do go for walks everyday
now stop being a nigger
Adrian Turner
Get your thyroid and test testosterone checked. Ask for a full metabolic panel.
Eat plenty of saturated fats and green shit and also get some vitamin d from the sun
Blake Myers
Start running several miles every day, or any other strenuous exercise that keeps your heart rate up. Drop all foods high in carbs and low in fiber. Seek medical help as well.
Grayson Howard
Maybe you have sleep apnea?
Also try upping your electrolyte intake. Low salt diets fuck you up
Cooper Butler
start doing cocain

Masturbating helps headaches
Brayden Gonzalez

Sorry, OP but that "cancer" that killed your friendly uncle was HIV...
Benjamin Howard
Yeah, but sex helps more. Inb4 op becomes a rapist
Jaxon Flores
CFS or just laziness
Eli Bell
holy shit this is legit me, I'm 5 years behind in school because of this shit, only difference is that with work that acctually pays i get up in seconds. I feel you Sup Forumsro
John Williams
Ever heard of the Mandela Effect? Having pain and overall problems with your body is an indicator that you might be affected. It doesn't really help in "getting better" but it's worth to have a look anyway. It will change your world.
Dylan Edwards
>Mandela Effect kill self
Justin Brooks
>having a gf ha.
Brody Richardson
PAfag here This was the first thing that came to my mind.
OP, are you obese? Do you often get dull sore throats when you wake up that go away pretty quickly? Do you snore?
Asher Green
do you have any targets in your life ? they don't need to be "hav 10 ferrari and a yacht" but something that you work for and want to achieve ?
do you lack friends ?
do you hat yourself ?
start from these questions, alone, turn down pc, and write some answers on paper. Go for a long walk.
All I can do for you. Fight for yourself.
John Taylor
>do you have any targets in your life ? they don't need to be "hav 10 ferrari and a yacht" but something that you work for and want to achieve ? I guess I had target but stopped chasing them once I realized how pointless they were and that the price really isn't worth the efford especially when I'm like this
>do you lack friends ? I ahve a few close friends like my borthers and cousin but not much outside my family. Dont have the energy to hold relationships like that
>do you hat yourself ? I presume you ment hate. No, I don't hate myself.
>start from these questions, alone, turn down pc, and write some answers on paper. Go for a long walk. wel lthere you go, I've already been out today and now it's pitch black and windy so I'm not going outside only to be killed by a moose or something
Luke Price
have u ever considered that you are just a lazy bastard?
Wyatt Reyes
do you have sleep apnea? take a sleep test
also, you might be allergic to a food you keep eating. try cutting out dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, corn, and adding them back in one at a time after a month of the new diet, and see if you notice any change
also, get your hormone levels tested, specifically cortisol. they dont test for this in regular "bloodwork" tests
Sebastian Powell
I know this may sound bad, but, you should try starting on drugs. Weed could probably help you out a lot. Trust me on this. Methylphenidate could also help.
Brandon James
also get vitamin D testedthey dont test for those levels in regular bloodwork either
James Perry
> now it's pitch black and windy so I'm not going outside only to be killed by a moose or something I'm assuming you live up north where the weather is typically cold or dark? Have you always lived in that condition or only since your pre-teens?
Chase Jenkins
You lazy faggot stop pretending to be ill and move your smelly ass!
Eli Diaz
no sleep apnea and allergy test came back clean believe it or not but I've actually tried this since my brother deals weed. If anything it makes me sick
>Have you always lived in that condition or only since your pre-teens? yep, everything was fine as a kid and got worse the older I got. I'm assuming something might have happened during those times that might have triggered this but I can't remember anything
Easton Hernandez
Do you notice your symptoms getting better/worse during different times of the day?
Does anything help your symptoms? Warm showers? Bright lights (looking at computer screens or turning on lights)? Is this better or worse or about the same during the summer times vs the winter times?
Bentley Rodriguez
I've had similar symptoms my whole life. I got medicated for ADD and it has helped quite a lot. I take concerta (methylphenidate extended release) and some 5 mg instants as needed. I started eating and sleeping normally as soon as I started the medication and I'm not nearly as tired as I used to be. I can also concentrate much more easily and am less forgetful. I'm also less anxious and don't crave alcohol as much.
I never had the headaches though. Also a 45 minute walk isn't the kind of exercise that you should be doing. You should be doing something that gets your heart rate up like jogging. 45 minute walk is way better than nothing though
Camden Cook
>Do you notice your symptoms getting better/worse during different times of the day? probably worst in the morning, sometimes I get better sometimes I feel like shit the entire day
>Does anything help your symptoms? Not really, I can nap, have a cup of coffee, have a good meal, play some videogames, watch a movie, go for a walk just to name a few things, but nothing really helps
>Is this better or worse or about the same during the summer times vs the winter times? worse during spring/summer since the weather is so hot that my sleep quality and quantity gets reduced
Liam Foster
I was in a similar situation and for me it was all caused by an iron deficiency
Wyatt Garcia
I have relativly same symptom here, always tired, but not lazy, i work when it need or i want to but with this background tiredness, the only moment i'm fine is when i'm deep into work that please me or something please me, the rest bored me i think...
Jaxon Ward
I do have ADD but I've never taken any meds for it I bring the dog with me when I go so it's not like I'm "just walking" I both run, job and play with him during the walk
>this background tiredness I understand you, this is bearable for shorter peroids of time but if I keep gonig for a lnog time the headache sets in and I jsut have to stop
Landon Edwards
You should listen to these anons. I was in a very similar (almost identical) situation until I got my blood tested and found out I have like no cortef levels. You might have some hormone deficiency or something. They can give you some pills that should help balance out your endocrine system. Alternatively, it's possible you have SAD. You can get lights for your house that should help this. But really, get tested for hormone levels.
Talk to your medical provider and ask if they can place you on an SSRI. Personally, I don't like SSRIs because in the grand scheme of things they end up being unhealthy and moreso a bandage and not a cure, but you said you tried other things such as diet and exercise which has done nothing or you. Anyways, consider it and bring it up.
Austin Phillips
Sounds like you're lazy
Luke Campbell
Do you take any drugs? That sounds a lot like me. I thought weed would help, found out it was the reason. I still get high from time to time, but am way more in control than I used to be
Jason Diaz
see I dont' drink, I don't smoke and I don't do drugs
Brody Martin
this SSRI help in the long run, they aint fun to take for the most part cause you'll be emotionaly dead from my own experiences. dont take mdma if you're on SSRI's lmao xdd
Ethan Taylor
Try eating like shit and see if it will improve your issues. Eat nothing naturally prepared over the next month and post results.
Hudson Green
you got the sleep apnea. go get a sleep study done. your symptoms described me until I got on the cpap machine about a year ago. rarely have headaches now and have tons of energy. do it.
Easton Scott
Low salt diet fuck you up how? By not raising your bloodpressure?
Grayson Miller
That is not even remotly what the mandela effect is claimed to be.
Logan Barnes
You should try meds for ADD. It made a dramatic difference for me. I'm not nearly as tired as I use to be
Aiden Baker
the human body needs electrolytes to function. you go too low, you stop functioning. (it's why gatorade was invented)
Hunter James
Yeah, I have narcolepsy and take ADD meds for it, I used to be miserably tired all the time and now I can function like a normal human being
Charles Robinson
>You should try amphetamines. It made a dramatic difference for me. I'm not nearly as tired as I use to be
gee. imagine that.
Colton Nguyen
So should I jsut tell my doctor that I want to try out some add meds even though I'm not in school or work?
Jason Bell
I've got ass burgers
Elijah Edwards
Buy melatonin nigga.
Elijah Baker
I went through something similar. You're going to get through it.
Nathaniel Howard
>Had to quit the army No you didnt faggot, you made the decision. Quit being a loser at everything in life.
Carter Sanchez
Yeah.... no. but this electrolyt (Na, K, ...) are already in your normal healthy food. Why add H20-binding salt? Gatorade on the other hand is the healthyest item ever. Except for Brando! Please be bait.
Oliver Sanchez
Salt is important for a lot of stuff in the body. Too much salt does increase blood pressure but too little is also bad.
Although, I'm not the person you replied to and I also don't know what range of salt intake is optimal, I just know the two extremes are bad.
Walking is great exercise for obese, elderly or female people. Run like you fucking mean it.
Carson Long
You're a retard, the army has standards and if he isn't able to meet them in time then quitting is his only option. I wouldn't want someone like OP in the military in the first place.
Brody Lewis
There is no bad influence on your body with no salt. Max. 2400 mg of Na is the bar wich equals max 6g of NaCl. The average person consums daily 12-15g through processed food.
Andrew Myers
Essentially the same problems from having too much salt is the problems for too little, stop spreading misinformation.
Aaron White
CFS.
Dylan Morgan
I know that feel Sup Forumsro. I dont have any advice, really.
I never said amphetamines. I recommend methylphenidate. Especially concerta since it's a great extended release.
I'm highly skeptical of amphetamines as well. They work but I wouldn't want to stay on them very long, let alone take them every day. I think methylphenidate works great for about 70-80% of ADD cases from what my doc said.
ADD is low levels of dopamine. The meds correct this. You can only do so much without them.
William Ramirez
Amphetamine will help but the crash might make him more tired than ever. That would be better than being sleepy all day tho. At least thereād be some time for productivity.
Justin Miller
Just tell him you think it might help you get your shit together
Brody Flores
I have the exact same thing. Ever since 7th grade... Marching Band helped in Highschoolm but in College where I don't have the time for that, the headaches are worse than ever.
Adrian Diaz
Take vyvanse, op. Go to the doctor and tell them you think you have binge eating disorder. Explain that you impulsively eat huge amounts of food at night and it depresses you. Vyvanse is being pushed heavily so it should be easy to get a script but beware, it is expensive. Take vyvanse when you have a day that you need to do work. Will last 12 hours or so.
Jeremiah Barnes
This informatiom is 11 years old. It is outdated. Eating bread? Cheese? Meat? You may be talking about Jod, Kalium, Phosphor. This shit is already in your food. Tf? Why bother. This is b.
Jackson Powell
The thing I like about concerta is that the extended release mechanism basically keeps the concentration of methylphenidate in your blood at a constant level. None of the extended release amphetamines do that. Vyvanse is the closest but it still slowly increases and then slowly decreases whereas concerta causes it to increase and stay consistent until 10-12 hours later. Extended release amphetamines cause me to get depressed and tired again when the concentration starts to drop.
Henry Hughes
Hey. Pssst. Where do humans get our elemental Iodine essential for heart function, jackass?
Landon Bennett
Get soem adderall
Juan Hughes
>It is outdated This is a meme told to you by your undergrad statistics professors. I can't recall the name of it, but there are studies that are so valid that they withstand the test of time, so to speak. Do you think they still need to do studies on penicillin to see if it's an antibiotic because the studies done are decades old?
Oliver Richardson
thyroids my dude 10 years of >lol xd eat healthy and go outside later a doc tells me my thyroid is fucked and prolly has been my whole life, produced near null hormones which is the explenation for all the shit even the depression take supplemet and suddently boom all problems r gone dont listen to idiot docs and get advice from other specialised idiot docs tl;dr : docs often give shit advice and if you know somethings wrong ur prolly right, seek help
