I suppose it could be worse.
>Dynamo Kiev
Easy mode.
The fine art of the clean sheet.
This is their key player. The thing is, since I loaded Ukraine, and that player values in Ukraine and especially for Ukrainian players are so high, these clubs tend to be fucking filthy rich.
based Alexis Sanches with the GOTY cadidate

Now I remember I played Shaktar in the group stages. If my players hadn't clowned that draw at home FFS.
>Gibraltar league gets retardedly lucrative TV deal compared to the actual quality of play
>Teams get $90M~ in revenue per season
>Because of my 20 years of dominance the other 7 teams in the league still have zero reputation and shit managers/staff
>The second best team in Gibraltar just committed $42.5k/week to this guy
wew
funniest part of a Gibraltar save is when the other clubs get mad cash but can't do anything with it
I feel like winning 14/14 matches and having an 83 GD would deter viewership but I suppose not
I mean it's gotta be a good deal in terms of goals/dollar
i don't know how to train this lad
i don't play AMC in my formation
should i just sell him?
Yeah, I don't think he has the attributes to be that great, I'd recommend selling him
A 15 year old's attributes at 17. Sell quickly.
15th for rip netherlands
Just chillin' watching the game
Fuck off back to r eddit

>Gelsenkirchen
I wanna CL spot
i was questioning the lack of correct names in the save
yeeeep
and i have this guy in multiple saves
rate my choke lads
China's limits on foreign players are harsh in the lower tier (only 3 max) thus I'm finding myself signing a lot of pretty shit chinese players because they're the best anyone has access to
>finally get long throws working in my last friendly

What will I do.
oh hamburgers
>3 APs
>3 AP
live your life I guess.
Fuck it, I'll throw in 3 APs and see if they can fix this.
I'm using one AP and I think it's too much
>2/5 subs can only replace 2/11 players
nice job butters
what are those wingers doing
surely they could be moved up and turned into APs?
ey i forgot to change the role.
its supposed to be DLP BWM AP and CAM
it didn't work
maybe you were on to something
it's no 6treqs, but it's nearly as tactically fiendish
you just need to find some way to make it massively asymmetrical
>Canadians refusing to understand that wingers work
Classic
AM(RL) wingers are always better than M(RL) wingers though.
Oh, I thought he was proposing to put them playing through the middle. Didn't realise you had 2 AM(C)'s already. My bad leaf. Not a bad idea, really.
fuck wingers though. they're all useless
>all useless
Not all. Most are really useless, but most aren't. It's a matter of understanding how to use them.
How do I use them?
Wingers are really good but I tend not to use them because they really limit your formation options
Is the match engine in 2017 any better? Thinking about getting it since it's on sale.
Depends on formation and the players in your team.
Crosses less OP, fluke cross goals way less frequent but in exchange there's loads of space between wide players and central ones when defending so IWB types are strong.
Performance across the board is better as well but that's about it outside of the brexit gimmick and NEW GRASS
lolwut
>It's all about knowing how to use them
>Well, how do I use them?
>I don't know
64 bit is a pretty big deal to those of us not running potatoes
>listening to Russian protesters play folk music on Periscope and playing fm
Does it get any more /comfy/?
You forgot about strikers scoring most one-on-ones
>The fact that there isn't a formula that is undeniable and wonderful for every formation, player and league means that it simply doesn't work
>Americans
>Understanding football
Not even once.
>listening to Russian protesters play folk music
Literally why
I like this new OP.
That's basically how you manage in most Asian leagues.
how would this guy fit in at that level?
>assman keeps warning me that he isn't good enough to justify his wage
The guy behind the defender who blatantly scores an own goal was credited with the goal
I think the match engine couldn't properly display whatever the fuck highlight it had generated
It was the player's first goal for us too lol
This is my starting WBR and we're a team probably good enough for the top tier
>that
>3.5*
>6.25k p/w
hmmmmm
not a terrible player though, I suppose
>Player Traits
>Gets into opposition area
Oh dear, what a strange trait for a defensive full back. Will he still try?
We have a 135k pw wage budget and everyone knows it
He'd be even higher than 3.5* if we didn't have a better foreigner wingback being played at CB because he's so much better than anyone else there
Issue with China in fm is that the cash can't overcome the rep. So I'm playing against ex-premier league players most weeks but I personally can't even sign solid foreign free agents with my money
Morzi I hope you're ready to get banged
>football stands together
fuck off tories
what the fuck kind of a question is this, Mike?
>Most are really useless, but most aren't
Good post.
Just like in real life.
Does it get that cold in Greece?
I remember when I was managing in Argentina, my team got undersoil heating installed, even though it rarely gets colder than -10 °C in Buenos Aires and it has snowed two times in the entire history of the city.
>Take over Celta Vigo 18 games into the season
>19th place
>Check team
>4.5 star potential youth goalkeeper
>Angelo Rodriguez believes Ruben Blanco could become a decent Liga BBVA goalkeeper in the future
>4.5 stars
>decent
I'm honestly afraid to check the rest of my team. So much for my relaxing Spanish adventure. This is going to be hell.
Post his career stats
So I just met my old team (Lazio) with my new team (Atalanta) in the Italian Cup quarter final and this happened
I sort of gave up after my only striker got injured one minute after I'd used my last sub though
>9-5
[terrible joke about lazio's forward players really putting in a shift goes here]
>Gibraltar league gets retardedly lucrative TV deal compared to the actual quality of play
I'm actually surprised that you're getting good TV deals. I found that this was the hardest part in saves in small countries: getting good TV money. Macca can attest to that, although helping out other clubs kinda helped a little bit.
Gibraltar's technically UK which probably impacts the tv rights
He hasn't done anything of note, he finished in 3rd place and then in 4th with Liverpool, and had an average performance in the cups, that's it.
>Gibraltar's technically UK
I keep forgetting.
Follow up
>4 injuries in first match
>blow a 1 - 0 lead at home
>The second we score, all but 1 of the players "look complacent"
>My only left back sent off
>Star player has an average rating for the season of 6.3
>No right back in the squad
>3 of 4 CBs are injury prone
>Only 2 CMs in entire squad
>Both injury prone
>9 forwards
>Transfer budget: £0
>Wage budget: (£850)
Welcome to the abyss, we had everything arranged.
what kind of expectations were you saddled with for the league?
from memory celta have a decent youth setup, might be ok for a long-term save even if you go down
>colon vs lanus is on later
excellent
Is this the GOAT of GOATs?
Note that I don't even manage him, he's playing like this under the AI
>that appearance to goal ratio
>some doubts
This can't be real
considering even messi rarely has an average of more than 1 goal per game when AI-managed, that's pretty phenomenal
Just to escape relegation, which I'm pretty sure is doable. Youth facilities are adequate, but youth recruitment is "above average". Wasn't planning on sticking around long enough for that to matter, though.
>12 players now injured
>Real and United in the group stages
Europa League here we come
What's the quality of the regens like in Gibraltar?
If they play it correctly (which they usually don't), Olimpija could get 20M€ each on these two players. I wouldn't mind them becoming incredibly rich, even though they'll waste it.
Terrible. Even with top facilities you'll never get anything unless a literal miracle happens.
>15
wew
Fucking AIDS.
At least half of the Gibraltar national team is comprised of foreign players of mine that couldn't play for their own nation. This guy is the best natural-born Gibraltarian player.
If the regens have dual nationality, does their potential depend on which country they were born?
which club they were genned at
Depends of which club they were generated for.
