1. Shooting machine guns at competition allowed, weaons in general allowed
2. Pushing others off the road allowed
3. Add jumps over pits filled with acid or lava
4. Drivers wearing Mad Max style costumes
5. Fire all over the course, fragments fo road on fire, flamethrowers at the ramps and shit like that

Remove blue flags
Bring back fuel stops

That will do it, I don't need 5

In order from most important to least important:

1. Change the aerodynamics so that the cars can easily follow each other and overtake each other, just like they did back in the mid-2000s
2. Bring back tyres of the kind they had in the mid-2000s (tyres that can really be driven hard)
3. Remove DRS
4. Bring back at least V8s - I don't mind keeping the hybrid/KERS stuff though, because it makes them accelerate faster out of the corners. But then again it does weigh a lot, so maybe get rid of it.
5. Bring back refuelling

Basically, just change everything back to how it was in the mid-2000s and we'll be golden.

1. Play this song on repeat over loudspeakers

youtube.com/watch?v=WdaMPZtLd_c

2. All cars required to have neon and race at night

3. First corner must be drifted

4. Winner gets to keep last place's car (or last place's car is publicly crushed)

5. Jumps

XD!!!!

XDD!!

removing or restricting carbon brakes would solve many issues with the viewing experience

Simple.

Choose big cities set in urban areas with a view
- Chicago
- Milwaukee
- Minneapolis
- Boston
- Miami
- San Diego

Close down the streets for a day and do it there. I'd love to see these retards ripping around south beach or north shore in Chicago.

>America
No thanks

You guys already have Indy Cars. Stick to that. Formula 1 is European.

1- BRING BACK SCHUMI

>overtakes
>mid 2000s
Wot m8

Rule #1 should be no street circuits because they're fucking awful.

You don't have LOVE the final solution, but you asked what would save your shit-tier sport and I told you.
'Merica+Tourism = ¥€$

SF street circuit

Money is not what the thread is about, retard.

Go watch some beer/truck commercials.

Do you think a F1 car going full speed could jump that?

no way, too much downforce

Do it upside down idiot

What if you remove the aero?

fund it

They could follow each other much closer than today's cars. Yes overtakes were HARD, sure, but they were well-earned. They were exciting, because you'd have two cars on each others' tails for laps at a time, the one behind trying every little trick and move to try and get around the one in front, and the one in front manically defending.

From today's race, it looks like we won't have that with the new cars - they cannot follow each other very closely at all. In China they should be able to overtake each other with DRS (very long straights; slipstream + DRS should allow overtakes), but yeah, that's not as fun to watch to be honest.

>americanising F1 would save it
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Sure thing bud.

This. When Petrov jumped in Malaysia you could see how the downforce immediately started slamming the rear down. That's why the front hit the ground so hard, breaking the steering column.

Bring back all the downforce from the 80s era,
and the criminal horsepower thirst from the 90s

a time machine
fuck the fia, f1, and the dumbass fans

1) bulls on the track.
2) cheerleaders on the track
3) weapons on the cars
4) no fences between track and stands
5) oldtimers day, where you wheel the old farts onto the track

XDDD!!!

1. multiball
2. multiball
3. multiball
4. multiball
5. multiball

LMAo! XDD!

>Remove Monaco from schedule
>Remove DRS and KERS or whatever fuck stupid acronym they give it now
>Ban T wings
>Bring back ground effects
>Unlimited turbo push to pass (of course this plays on fuel and engine wear)

There is no saving it. Within a few years they won't even race, just do qualifying as the actual race.

>Remove Monaco from schedule
No

>Unlimited turbo push to pass (of course this plays on fuel and engine wear)
But remove DRS and KERS? This makes no fucking sense

1-Verstappen
2-Hamilton

That'll do

yes
source: i did it all the time in gta san andreas

Remove right turns
Add multiball

1. Delete all male racers
2. Replace with good-looking non-drivers females.
3. Topless.

Hello Lewis, what are you doing in Poland?

>find someone like Senna
>be a bit more relaxed with the safety rules

You're not even aware of the irony of this are you.

1. abolish all car regulations. Define the car to be an open-wheel, open-cockpit vehicle. Replace with a maximum width, length and height. Allow to purchase any part from anywhere, including tires. Disallow any driver aids (as is current) and any active components (such as DRS, active suspension etc). You'll start to see engine manufacturers do different things - Ferrari's with V10's, Renault's with V6 Hybrids etc. All these types of engines have different advantages and drawbacks. Performance, cost, reliability.

2. set an overall maximum budget, complete freedom within this boundary for R&D, buying drivers, staff, new engines etc. qual prize money with up to 50% bonus the longer a team stays in the sport. Every year a manufacturer is in the sport it gains 1% in prize money.

3. abolish all safety regulations, instead develop a robust set of safety tests they all have to complete successfully.

4. no exclusive TV/content rights anymore. Lower the costs of Formula 1 footage, allow the press to be competitive in providing this content to the viewers. You'd see many more services popping up, most would try to follow the Netflix model with an entourage of time sheets and live footage from different cars and whatnot. Sell archived footage up to 25 years. Upload everything older, put it in the public domain and have it be freely used.

5. to encourage racing, keep race rules to a minimum but stick to them firmly and consequently. Don't penalize one for something the other wasn't penalized for, consistent across the whole season.

1. Cancel the first two days
2. Have tracks with a really wide point where everyone starts level or in 2 rows.
3. Fireworks
4. Move to /asp/
5. Ban Uruguay

I am, but the races were certainly more entertaining back then.

>1. Bring back Refueling
>2. Bring back V10/12 Normally Aspirated Engines
>3. Get Rid of Fuel/Engine Parts Conservation
>4. Bring in Circuits That are Wider to help Overtaking
>5. Get rid of jean todt/Hermann Tilke

Dirt sections on the track, like expensive rallycross.

what if they gave everyone the same car?

1. Multi-level tracks, i.e. with bridges
2. Intersecting parts of track

Fuck it im having a 6th

>6. Ban all Pay Tv Stations from ever having any Broadcast Rights

You just described Suzuka Perfectly

Make half the cars run the track the other way

1. Let them use 150 kg of fuel
2. Get rid of front wings, make front tires even wider
3. Finnish GP
4. DRS out!
5. No more asphalt run off areas

>aus grand prix
>battle for 10th
should be some kind of reward for doing such amazing things even though it amounted to 10th place

Yes

1. No KERS
2. No ERS
3. No DRS
4. 3000cc naturally-aspirated stock-block V6 engines (or rotary equivalent because I want to see Mazda have a go at F1)
5. All technologies must be homologated with 25,000 cars carrying the technology a manufacturer wants to put in a car.
6 (Because fuck OP). Simplified late 90's style aero (Equal width wings, raised noses, no winglets, etc)

1. Allow contact
2. Everyone has to stop whenever there's a pit stop
3. Racers are allowed to throw projectiles at each other as long as they're in Mario Kart
4. Extra points for hitting the race marshals
5. Extra points for lapping other drivers, passing the pace car

Econo-races before each race, where drivers are challenged to complete a single lap with a predefined civilian car and select amount of fuel

It'll reveal the true psychology of each driver

If you're from Sudan, then how on earth are you able to connect to the Internet? You're from a third-world country?

Brilliant assertion friend, but thanks to capitalism nearly every country in the world has cheap, affordable 3G

xddd!!

Go back to the 50s when they had no computer assistence and it was actually a car race and not just a videogame like these days

>money is not what the entertainment industry is about
What did he mean by this?

What country are you and why do you keep posting this? Is this a foriegn meme?

Stop arguing with your hallucinations.

1.- Rules are rules, if they see a team breaking the rules like RBR with the flexy wins they should apply the rules instead of fucking about for years avoiding it because they where WDC contenders.
If a team cheated for half the season before being found out than they lose points from races where they had been cheating.
Consequently if the rules allow something and then suddenly they decide that it should be illegal than you can't ban it mid-season. E.g. Mass damper.

2.- Open engine rules with unlimited development and engine usage but keep the fuel flow limits, it would have avoided all the domination bullshit we had recently. E.g. Renault being the only engine able to do hot gas blowing and most capable of doing cold blowing while the rules forbid any other team from redesigning to do the same.
E.g. #2 Mercedes spending spree and subsequent rules forbidding any other teams from redesigning to achieve the same.
OR
Rotate drivers between teams.

3.- Remove all flags and reference to nationalities, punish nationalistic commentators from accessing the sport, etc.

4.- It's illegal to deny an F1 drivers to enter any other FIA series as long as the events are not held on the same date.

5.- Allow multiple tyre manufacturers again

allow remote controlled vehicles, but there must still be a 'pilot' in the driver's seat

ramps

ceiling lap

le mans start

1. Reduce costs
2. F A S T classic circuits
3. Make Ferrari Great Again (Happening already)
4. Free to air TV coverage of all live races
5. Make it easier for young talent to get on the grid without megabux

That's an insult to vidya, at least there are power ups and weapons in vidya.
