Is this mandatory to tip? I mean, when I don't (I'm from Europe, and this is different here, but asking 'bout you) what then? Are you concidered a dick or is this common?

most of the people I work with are just CPA's. I have a degree in criminology, and am a CFI. Originally I worked In the actual cash processing facility, but applied for this about 5 years ago. Then got two promotions one because someone retired.

Murica

Phone Salesman
€5.15/hr + 16 - 20 € provision from every sold product

As a fellow Euro. I never understood that whole tiping thing. you want a tip for something your paid to do.

Solid point. Yes, we tip also, in restaurants, but not the food couriers/ deliverers. Or atleast it is really rare. But in no case is this mandatory and it is not looked bad upon. Yes, when someone does not tip, it is "sad/meh" but not "you faggor, where is my money".

Now that must be nice, getting paid every time you work. I work at a fast food joint and just make like $7 in tips a shift which is pretty cool but making $100+ a shift would be fucking sick

hitman

€/depends on the contract

Well, I posted up, that I get paid a 4e per h. But sometimes I get around 100e per day as tip. Usually not under 40. But yea, the salary itself is low, which is sad.

youtube.com/watch?v=q_vivC7c_1k

For real though fuck phone sales.
Sold cars for a little while a few years back and I had to make cold calls when I first started out. To break me in these dickheads gave me leads from people who had bought like 6 years prior. 9 Times out of 10 it was a very angry person on the other end. Literately nobody wants to be cold called. That tactic is bullshit. I don’t care what “hot leads” you have.

Is that 6k after commission ?

What type of business

Long story short - they are not paid for it.
Employers use the excuse of "oh, but tipping" to short-change their waiters and give them far less than their work is worth. Since they don't have to pay their waiters as much, they can then lower the prices, for the psychological marketing effect of "we have low prices (but we really don't, since everything is 20% more expensive in the end")

4K commission on average plus 2k for hourly wages Some months I've hit 5 1/2 k commission and some 2 1/2 k if taken vacation and stuff. So averages about 4K. And it's call center 40 hours a week with benies

>car dealer
>angry about cold callers
oh, but when you try to peddle me this 13 years old piece of junk with broken everything for 300 thousand dollars, and then you actively get protected by the government so that no competing dealership can function in your area, that's a great business practice, right?

Unemployed since 2000. When Bush stole the election, I was determined never to give one goddamn cent in taxes to the US government.
$0.00/hour.

wtf is a paid medicine internship?

Thanks Lord he didn't stole girls

How do u live

No man. I hate making cold calls. Fuck bugging people like that.

>sell you an old piece of junk
Nah man. I didn’t work at some shithole used lot.
Pro tip though, buy new. Used cars on any lot aren’t marked up like crazy. That’s where I made most of my money. Didn’t mean they were shitty cars, that’s just how it is, you take trade ins for a low as possible.

So I could actually make a lot of money selling people used cars. New cars I only made $250 on the sale. Didn’t matter if you paid over sticker or 5 bucks.
