I'm in my 30's but I drank Zima in High School because I didn't like the taste of alcohol yet. (this was in the 90's)
I remember vomiting violently after drinking about 8 of them. It was horrible and I had a terrible hangover the next day. I never drank Zima again.
I also think my story is a common one. I'm sure many others have probably had the same experience as me.

I wasn't cool enough to drink in high school. So I don't really know this feel.
However, my local grocery store offers a "build your own 6 pack" deal for $9.99. Recently, I got 5 high end IPAs and 1 Zima... just so I could experience the Zima I missed out on by not drinking when I was in high school.
