Is it safe to say that this guy is definitely out of his prime and on a steady decline now?

Yes finally.

Still the best player in the league
8 rebounds, 8 assists and 17 points when the rest of his team did basically nothing

he was out of his prime last year. he is just so good that going downhill is still better then everyone in the league

this tbqh. prime lebron was like 2012-2013. literally unstoppable on the heatles

Good point I guess. ..

He was quite stoppable in 3 of the 4 finals he was in

>4 finals

On the heat, where the guy said he was unstoppable

Then he was only unstoppable twice, seeing as he was quite literally stopped 2/4 times

He was saved by Ray Allen

Just because he lost doesn't mean he wasn't unstoppable. Even shaq lost and he was the very definition of unstoppable

>unstoppable
>stopped from winning
??
Is melo unstoppable too?

Shaw was already lazy and fat by 2004 and hack a Shaq was a thing.

his insistence on holding onto his last shreds of hair is mind boggling to me

>Hack a Shaq was a thing
Yeah, I'm glad it put a stop to that threepeat

He's waiting until he's completely over the hill. Then he's going to shave it all off as he spends his final years on the banana boat team

He's on ledecline but he's still the best player in the league

Is he really though?

I think the best player in the league should be the 1st seed

How many rings does the current Celtics squad combined have?

Danny ainge has one, and so does Bryan Doo (trainer)

So still less than Lebron?

But how does that prove that he's past his peak and not undoubtedly the best in the league?

Lebron never plays exceptionally well in the regular season, yet dominates in playoffs. If you look at his regular season record against teams like the Spurs it's pretty shit

is this the new /nba/ general?

this same exact thing happened to cavs last season

had garbage defence, lebron scored 2 points in a game
playoffs came he averaged 27points/ 8assists/ 10rebounds/ 3steals, won the chip

wait until the post season before you start claiming he's declining

oh and in the finals, vs "the best regular season team ever" those stats got bumped to 30/9/11

meanwhile the unanimous mvp age wise at his prime was 22/4/5

hey man, nice numbers

Even in the babby NBA league of the 2010s he couldn't surpass MJ. HAHAHAHAHAHHHHAHAHAHA cya old man

That's not Russell Westshit

Checked.

No, it's not safe to say that.

Every fucking year, EVERY FUCKING YEAR, around this time LeBron and his team go to shit and all the "LeBron is finally falling off" posts come out. Then he turns it up to god mode as soon as the playoffs start and easily sweeps into the finals like he fucking always does.

It's not safe to say he's declining until he stops easily making it into the Finals every single year.

One day OP will be safe to say lebron is on a steady decline

youtube.com/watch?v=1c6GpJRWrS8

LeBron always becomes a mortal right before playoffs when he enters god mode. It's the calm before the storm

sauce :3c

>still the best player in the league
Top kek!

>score 16 in the 4th
>allen hits the 3 to tie
>bron makes the shot that sealed the deal in overtime
>shit on the spurs with 37 on 52% shooting in game 7
>saved

THIS!! I'M SO TIRED OF THIS RAY ALLEN/KYRIE SAVED HIM THEY WOULD BE BTFO WITHOUT HIM

He's been in decline for like 3 years now. He's not as fast or quick as he used to be, doesn't jump as high, and doesn't have the explosiveness he used to. He once was able to blow by everybody in the league; now he struggles getting around the average SF and even certain bigs. That being said he's still a freak athlete so him being in decline is still better than most of the league, athletically speaking. He's also he smart player so he can make up for some of his dimminished ability. As is he's still near the top spot but it's a lot more debatable

>yfw lebron retires in 2 years because Cleveland is working him like a slave

If he cares about extending his career he needs to drop Cleveland and go to a team with a competent coach and staff.

Losing his jumpshot drastically reduce his capability to force through games that matters.

what the fuck is this chink monkey even talking about

If he shits the bed in the playoffs we can say that. The Spurs also tend to shit on him.

>brick the 3 so hard that chris bosh can get it from the elbow
>without ray he is 1-3 in miami
>not saved

when did Skip move to Israel?

Kawaii>LeBum

your fucking dumb for making a thread that's "a 32 year old, can we agree he is in steady decline"?

Go make a thread like this - Kareem Abdul Jabar, is he finally going to die?
