No, most of Manhattan is really nice and so are a few select areas of Brooklyn and Queens. The Bronx is a Hispanic filled shithole and Staten island is a smelly working class New Jersey tier wasteland that can be avoided.

Here's Toronto, the rich Jewish area is probably the best place in the city but it's not good for tourists since there's not much to do there.
Jungle is where the niggers live don't go there there's nothing just government housing you'll be stabbed.
The area marked chinks is yorkdale mall they're hiring people who speak mandarin to be cashiers now, it's not even one of those ghetto ethnic malls it's a major mall.
Area marked niggers is the Jamaican area, okay but don't wander around late at night.
Downtown avoid because it's full of degeneracy, if you're a tourist it's okay just do the tourist stuff and leave.

It's also one of the poorest neighbourhoods in Toronto and the dirtiest area (this is official too not just what I think).
There some areas of downtown that are nice with whites only but they're mostly residential areas and I didn't want to do little circles for all the neighbourhoods
