I don't know how people can honestly think racism is something that can be "solved". People love dividing themselves into groups more than life itself. If we were all the same "race" we would still all look a little different despite sharing a general spectrum of possible appearances and we would hate each other for even the slightest difference in skin, eye or hair color; facial, limb or body structure; gender, ideology, culture, politics... I could go on forever. Man's innate hatred for man is harder to cure than simply fucking it out. Pretty sure the hippies already tried that anyway.
The only outcome from miscegenation is far more than just skin deep. It has been well proven that kids from racially different parents suffer greater degree of violence tendencies and greater trouble adjusting to their surroundings. There's also the problem of weaker immune system. The whole debates which says that kids from two racially different parents have more vigor is straight up misleading if not lying. Children resulting from miscegenation have shorter lifespan on average and greater chance of contracting genetic disease that affects each race of their parents.
And there's also the problem of organ transplant. If the whole population of the world decides to miscegenate and spawns children that after 5 or more generations have uniform skin color, the era of organ transplant is over. Matching organs between donor takes more than blood relation. It also need racial similarity in order to get better chances of the organ not being rejected.
Combined with greater propensity towards genetic disease, extremely great chance of organ rejection due to mismatching factors and their mental instability, it could be said that universal miscegenation would be the end of human race. That conjecture is based on the current level of our technology and medical advances.
