ETIQUETTE - Include correct format (artist / band, title of release, year of release, cover art, the file type (v0, 320 mp3, FLAC, etc), short description, YouTube sample, link) - Send thanks if you have downloaded something to let them know they did a good thing - Avoid sharing / requesting things that are already on the archive - Soulseek / rutracker are your friends, too - just don't argue in this thread about it - No samples on YouTube, Soundcloud? Drag'n'drop any mp3 onclyp.it
REQUESTS >I have a request! Did I... - Check the archive for a live link before requesting? - Share something first? - Google "blogspot + artist name + album name"
ARCHIVE >"I don't know how to find what I'm looking for in the archive" - Go here: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>archive.rebeccablacktech.com/mu/ - When searching, limit your search to links only, like so: "desired album mega|zippyshare|mediafire" - Make sure you've typed "zippyshare" and not "zippy", or else Zippyshare links will not be found.
Richard Skelton - The Complete Landings (2011) >Godtier rural FEELS drone >"Following the death of his wife Louise in 2004, he began to make music as a way of coming to terms with the tragedy. His music, which uses a number of instruments – principally guitar and violin, has been compared with that of Arvo Pärt among others. His recordings explicitly reference places of emotional resonance, specifically the West Pennine Moors, and the area around the sparsely populated parish of Anglezarke." pt.1 - www92.zippyshare.com/v/LA95tsKp/file.html pt.2 - www41.zippyshare.com/v/8z6Zo6Dj/file.html youtube.com/watch?v=1b2JekoRxR8
Oh user, you copied my share from last thread. Did you think it deserved wider circulation? It is good.

I've looked through the archive for Symphony of Planets and all the download links seem to have been removed. I've looked everywhere to find the 2016 version that has all 10 songs. A download link would be very much appreciated.

Afterhours - Hai paura del buio? >noisy italian alt rock, post-grunge, considered one of the most important italian albums of the 90s sample: youtube.com/watch?v=0ECJoiGkBpk
One of the lesser known Boredoms releases. Super 77 consists of Boredoms' manager at the time's daughter cooing and just being a baby. 17 minutes of it. You would expect a big kaboom or something, but it really is just baby noises. Super Sky is where it happens. The same "GOOOOOOOOO" from Super Roots 5 to an explosion of noise and percussion. The beat is taken from a track off of Super Roots 6, where it was just a beat at the time. Here with all the noise it becomes an ascendant march.
would anyone be interested in fan made artist compilations? i tend to make a lot of them for myself to fuel my orginization autism and so im not jumping around my music player when i'm in the mood to listen to it (i don't like to make playlists unless they're conceptual or follow a very specific theme). they're usually out of EP or singles or unreleased stuff and other various rare things
Andrew Hernandez
>i don't like to make playlists unless they're conceptual or follow a very specific theme Same. Sometimes I'll spend a few hours over a period of a week making a playlist just right.
Anyone got Bauhaus' Press Eject and Give Me the Tape in FLAC?

I stubbed my toe and cut it open and my mom spited me by throwing away all the band-aids. I have a job interview tomorrow and no closed-toed shoes, which is bad enough, but especially not with a big cut on the toe.

Ah, my usual metal mags have been recommending this. Gonna give it a listen!
