You have to change your attitude. The way I view lifting/exercise is, i am continually improving each and every week. If I cant improve my squat by 5lb, Ill try and add a rep to my rep range. If I'm working on endurance, HIIT is the name of the game and I FEEL the results of better cardiovascular abilities.
