Those videos are from balloons that reach an altitude over 120,000 feet. If that's not high enough to see the Earth's curvature, then what altitude is high enough? Furthermore, if the Earth supposedly starts to curve after only five miles (ships on the horizon, even though they are in fact only disappearing beyond the vanishing point of human perspective), then surely we should see a curve at such an altitude?

Also, why is the horizon always eye-level? This wouldn't be the case if the Earth were curved.
