This right here. It's an obscure sorta experimental documentary about identical twins who supposedly invented their own language, but pretty quickly you see the kids are just sort of emotionally neglected and barely given any attention, while the father is struggling to earn a living.
Somewhere near the end they move into a new house and you can just see the desperation of these people while they already know it's too expensive for them.
