I guarantee the 39 "domestic violence" cases out of the 358 shootings they looked at are the only ones involving whites they used to make that claim, even though that definitely means their tweet is false and misleading.

OUT OF JUST THOSE SELECT 39 CASES... 63% of the attackers were white, and that likely includes Hispanics. On average (if we just assume that it was single race perpetrated in each case) that means about 24 or 25 of the cases were perpetrated by white people.

25/358 cases were whites since the Times cherrypicked only the ones involving whites... so 6% of all cases involved white attackers, which is well below the average to be expected for the majority population.
