I have a computer that won't boot that I'm 99% sure has nudes. I also have a very small flashdrive that I could boot to. What should I use to boot to the flash drive to find the goods to share with my Sup Forumsrothers?

or if you have a better suggestion to access the files.

what the fuck are you talking about. if the computer HDD wont boot then why would it boot to a flashdrive you dumb nigger.

Some distribution of Linux, say Ubuntu.

Ubuntu live

Install Gentoo

You could use Windows look up windows media creation tool and that will give you a full copy if windows to boot to

Uhh. You don't know computers very well, do you?

Maybe the boot partition of the HDD is corrupted you dumb nigger.

learn shit about computers before you open your mouth. You can boot to a flashdrive and access files on a HDD that has a corrupted OS.

it's 490 mb. ubuntu small enough to fit?

Why not just transfer the hard drive to another, working computer you retard

Linux. I use mint but any your confortable with

>it's 490 mb
There are light linux distros, just look them up.

I used to use Damn Small Linux.

go TinyCoreLinux. Less than 100mb, fully functional OS.

fam
first you need to take out the cmos chip with a pair of pliers so that it can't delet the nudes

Get a life and learn how to actually get a girl for yourself

Found the gaynigger from outer space.

If you can't get a 4gb flashdrive at the very least then you're a troll. they literally cost 5 dollars at any retail store. sage thread. because it's obvious to me op is a retarded troll.

nigga. CMOS is a circuit type. You just trying to stiff the rest of us.

Then you need to pour coke on the CPU to avoid memory corruption. Little known fact is it's actually necessary to do every 3 years, not doing it is the leading cause of computer malfunction.

Clearly he means the CMOS battery.

It sounds like you've got access to the PC? Just take out the HDD & pop on a SATA to USB connector?

If not you can always just use Xubuntu/another tiny linux variant. I think puppy linux is another option? idk that much about it tho

best of luck bud

boom

not if ops sisters computer is old as fuck you newfag piece of shit

.iso live cd of -insert GUI version of Ubuntu here-, access the files in the c drive through Linux, find nudes, and profit

The problem with these is that often, hard drives lock when removed from a laptop.

This may not be the case here. But I've had Samsung, Sony, Fujitsu drives, etc lock when removed from a laptop.

or.... I'm not at home, and it's not worth explaining why I'm running to go buy a flashdrive in the middle of the night. I found their computer, and a tiny flashdrive, and I'm on my laptop i brought with me.

this, coke actually cleans the contacts and the board is waterproof plastic

What do you mean lock? Like refuse I/O or just malfunction?

Give it back, tyrone.

more like why the fuck would anyone have any usb drive less than 4gb, this isn't 2003 you stupid fucking nigger. fuck off idiot.

see if you can access bios ui and make sure all hardware security options are disabled
press del or some shit, it depends just mash keys or kys or whatever

Yeah, they will appear to be "dead" if you try to connect them either back into the same PC, or to another.

Either, appears to fail to format, or fail to read. But in some of these cases, I have had to send these drives to the manufacturer, to have them unlocked.

It's a kind of hardware lock. Specifically designed for stolen PCs.

you can usually disable that shit in bios ui

I just plug the flash drives into my phone when I need to check them quick

I weep for the human race

Nah. Ubuntu needs a couple Gigs. Slax works good.
Or maybe just go out, buy an 8 GB drive for a few bucks, use another PC to flash Kali or something, then boot from that

That sounds more like a TPM induced firmware lock. TPM chip detects a case intrusion, sends kill order to the drive. It's to stop people from doing shit like putting keyloggers in their or trying to clone the drive without booting it.

>Locked HDD
Explain this user. I've never heard of that happening.

you can get the pics off the disk easy just plug the disk via sata to usb or whatever it fits into a digital camera and take the same number of pictures as you think thefe are nudes and then push the laptop up your ass and stroke your nips with the RAM sticks and go fuck a dog you faggot

Possibly. It may depend on the manufacturer.

Shit tier PCs like acer, hp, etc don't normally give two fucks about this stuff.

But I've found these security measure in almost every IBM, Dell, and Sony PC I've had to pull drives out of. They were all corporate PCs though delivered to a business 1000s at a time. So that could be part of it too.

Changing it would take flashing the EEPROM that the TPM reads its firmware from in addition to disabling the security features in BIOS. It's usually configured at the factory that way for better security of batch sold devices.

Hook the disk drive up to another computer

Slave the hd to your computer, nerd

yes and you can turn that shit off in bios

Guys OP here, it's gay porn if that helps.

If you're really OP and not a troll then img, if you are a troll then fuck off.

this
your fat cousin's POS $99 hp web book probably doesnt have a lot of that shit

Just get a SATS connector you cuck and just load your hardrive like a usb stick on another computer.

edit SATA not SATS

Not if it came from a batch meant for a corporate group and got resold. They have an internal ROM telling the module what it's checking for that overrides or even outright ignores or isn't connected to BIOS.

never had this problem with my laptops.

laptops have SSDs and SSDs have built in native encryption, some laptops probably have encryption enabled by default. it's disabled on mine.

Dick pics from a tranny I know, good stuff I promise ;^0

in that case i guess op isn't going to be fapping to his uncle's nudes

just boot a linux live cd, ubuntu is probably the easiest to use. copy content to flash drive. done.
