Hope Lance revives his career there.

He is genuinely happy to play for the Pacers. I really don't think it's a coincidence that this is the only place he looks like a competent NBA player. Larry Bird and Lance have some father-son relationship damn near, Larry was the only one to give him a chance and actual draft the kid so I think he's extra motivated to play for the Pacers.

Because players don't decide to tank. The front office do. Those third stringer were playing for their career. Lakers had no chance to lose even though Ingram, Randle, and Clarkson saw no playing time at the second half. Hell they even played Metta and still managed to lose.
