Sounds like hemorrhoids. Everyone has them, but most people don't notice them. When you have a big bowel movement, do you ever see spots of blood? Try some Preparation H and see if that helps.

it could either be a dry issue or a moisture issue, hate to say it, but you need to feel around when it begins to itch the most and where, if it's around the actual hole, it may be a hemorrhoid, if its more on the cheek around the hole it's probably chafing

You might have a food allergy that causes your asshole to itch when you shit out whatever it was you ate. It happens to me with cashews.

did you know that "raw" cashews are coated in urushiol oil which is the same allergen in poison ivy? that's why they need to be roasted otherwise people with severe allergies will be affected. in discovered this one day after eating cashews that aren't processed well enough and my throat and asshole started itching. i'm also severely allergic to poison ivy.

you have to put hydrocortisone cream on it. it gets itchy from trying to heal and you also probably wash it with too much hot water. the cream will keep you from itching and will let it heal
