Do they still make this?

So true
> millennial have grown up expecting that disappointment
I think there was a study that called us the most pessimistic generation. No wonder everybody fell hard for Bernie.

...

>HOL' UP

...

...

Your generation came into adulthood no different than the countless generations before you. Naive, self entitled, and foolish enough to think your simple solutions to complex problems were both correct and original thoughts. The only difference with millennials and all those before you is that you are the first generation that is being told you are right.

...

...

...

...

beat me to it. i think they're up to 47 now.

...

...

47? Try 64, the UK version is closing in on 100.

...

...

> muh self-esteem movement
While what you said is true, you're a fool if you believe that to be the cause of our problems. We got fucked in the recession (and before). No decent jobs, with or without degree, student loans for mainstream degrees that costs as much as a luxury car, and what pittance we can earn is taken from us because of the absurd cost of living that rises faster than inflation. Now fuck off.

...

>Be me.
>Young boy.
>The earth shakes as mom and dad close the gigantic doors on the titanic 1969 Chrysler Newport.
>The metal seatbelt buckle sears my skin from the hot summer sun.
>I complain but my parents tell me it's for my own good.
>I'm in the back with my 2 brothers. There's still room to stand up and walk around back there even with the three of us back there.
>there's 2 weeks worth of provisions and 5 bicycles in the bottomless canyon of a trunk.
>As my dad lays the accelerator down the sound of a tornado is heard as air is sucked through the gaping 4-barrel carburetor.
>The 383 cubic inch engine roars like a mythical beast as it pushes the gigantic yacht of a car up to speed. The gas needle moves just as quickly as the speedometer but in the opposite direction.
>The morning sun assaults my eyes from underneath the blue-blocker on the front windscreen.
>Dad sings along to Del Shannon on the oldies station as though singing a lament to his youth as it slips from his hand.
>We have to stop at every gas station on the way there but the family cottage awaits.
>The air is ripe with the smell of jackpines. >During the summer traffic is prohibited on the roadways of the cottage community so we walk our provisions down to the cabin.
>There's no telephone or television in the cabin.
>Just me and the family.
>Picking wild-berries in the brush, trapping small animals, the old pavilion, the nearby beach...
>feelslikeyesterdayman.gif

...

>No decent jobs.
We're closing in on the lowest unemployment the nation has seen since we've been keeping track. It doesn't get any better so you can take that complaint and shove it straight up your ass.

>muh crushing student loans.
Yeah, that's nothing new either. What is new is that you piss away what little you earn on bullshit that gets you no closer to a larger income or paying down your dept faster.

Not nostalgic, I buy them and my farmers market

...

Yea things are exactly the same as when you were young, sure thing boss.

HOLY SHIT I WISH THEY still had these in this form still... loved that shit.

that's the last place I ever saw them, at flea / farmers markets, corner stores didn't sell them anymore.

under appreciated post

That form is the only way I ever ate them, they were the best.

Exactly the same except that it is now easier to do everything if you aren't a lazy shithead.

you know, that machine would be a collectors item right now.

Uh

...

...

My nigga

it means the past generations never had a nostalgic moment in their lives?
They never talk about what they did in their youth?

lost

Born in 1980, things are not quite as good as they were in the late 90s, but its closing in on it. If you can't find a job at this point, even one that is decent paying, you are complete shit and worthless.

I'm not kidding. If your location has no jobs that pay middle class wages, find a new location. Don't try to get a job in your piece of shit field that you earned a worthless degree in, all you need is a GED to enter the middle class, and a willingness to actually to move to the flyover country and find work in a factory or logistics. If you have practical knowledge of tools, go to a vocational college and get a certificate and start doing industrial/commercial maintenance or HVAC work.

I almost feel sorry for all the idiots who spent 100k+ on liberal arts degrees without thinking about return on investment. Then I realize that they end up coming out of college as entitled morons who think the world owes them a job and can lecture people who actually work for a living on how to live.

Needs a feminist caption

The pizza always tasted like shit, but it was the best food our school had.

This is pretty true. Even though I'm more of an '80's kid, I was till a teenager for much of the '90's, and the economy took a shit just as I was starting to get ahead as an adult, getting married, starting a family, etc., so I can understand the bitterness, and while millennials weren't and aren't the only ones affected by the recession, I do believe they were hit hardest.

...

Did anyone else use to put your dick in this thing as a kid?

I was actually scared of those cause I thought the needles would cut u

FUCKING LOST

Holy shit user, before I knew porn was a thing I literally wrote down on a notecard all her stats so I could beat this game more easily to see a naked chick.

Shit is hilarious

Yes, yes I did.

I just came...and lost.

I saw one that had a dick print in the Spencers Gifts store at the mall. Was like, wtf, never touching those things again.

these are still around

everyone loses

This is the type of person who posts logs, frogs, and other retard shit.

Get off your phone you faggots.

Sorry I didn't mean you

...

wp

...

I had a bunch of these as a kid.

Sorry to offend you grandpa. I'll take my way back machine to 1995 when people using PCs for shit like this wasn't out dated and retarded.

...

Anyone else have a poorfag childhood?
>be me, 3-6
>lived in a shitty house with no electricity
>dad was abusive and neglectful, mom worked at McDonalds all day, so I was hungry most of the time
>lightswitches never worked, forbidden from turning on the sink because doing so would flood the toilet due to shitty plumbing
>parents made me gather firewood just so we could be warm
>one meal a day
>it would be picrelated because shit cost like a dollar, on bad days it would just be a butter tortilla for dinner
>dad runs off and never comes back
>mom resorts to buying on sale vhs tapes from Goodwill and reselling them for more just to support me
good times

And that’s really sad.

> We're closing in on the lowest unemployment the nation has seen since we've been keeping track
I should've known you'd be stupid enough to believe the government stats. IT DOESN'T COUNT THOSE WHO HAVE STOPPED SEARCHING FOR A JOB!
This is as believable as any government bs.

> Yeah, that's nothing new either. What is new is that you piss away what little you earn on bullshit that gets you no closer to a larger income or paying down your dept faster.
It is new. The price of tuition has risen incredibly fast over the last two decades, and don't get me started on the textbook scam.
Here's one sample, and it seems more conservative than some I've seen.

You bastard

...

If you want to blame college costs, blame the piles of money the government grants and loans students. Delaying students pain just make the rising costs easier to push.

...

No, it's just stronger because we were thrust into the 21st century without a proper send-off.

...

...

...

Yea I know.

I don't think my poor stomach could take me eating more than one or two these days though.

Used to love drinking sour puss and mike's hard too but they completely ruin me these days.

...

Bitch please

well i lost because of that. Well worth it. i wonder if i can get them somewhere.

Lost. Kids would probably get shot 23 times in the back by cops for playing with that now.

...

Nigger no one who matters stops looking. If you stop looking you either have some moron to support you or you are homeless. In either cause you've become irrelevant.

had one of those, until i got my discman.

Loans only became a problem because unscrupulous bureaucrats running the colleges and universities realized they could make a killing. It is nothing less than corruption.
> grants are the problem
No. Not in the small amounts they give out.

eBay

You're not allowed to discharge them through bankruptcy anymore either.

...

Ever rewind the cassette with a pen to save batteries?

Well, we haven't disappeared and I will lmao@urlife when your tax burden skyrockets to support us because you believed the shitistics and thought that everything was OK.

Cheked, that movie taught kids that the good guy dies sometimes, almost borderline traumatic.

The bottom tier of colleges base their pricing on Pell grants. Down to the dollar. The higher tiers base theirs on average expected finacial aid package including loans, grants, and scholarships. Its why minority students often have cheaper tuition at the elite colleges, they qualify for more grants and scholarships, but they have lower expected family contributions and have trouble securing even student loans.

God I loved that game. Need a new version with modern graphics.

Give me the sauce bass

I don't remember rewinding all that much actually, just flipped it over and listed to the other side

Anyone remember these? I'm pretty sure I still have this exact model.

Sauce pls

LOST.

I remember way back when, I had a Netscape email account and I would check it every day to see that I had no mail because the other kids at school weren't used to home computers having internet!

>the good guy dies sometimes
I saw it at the theater, and I was depressed as fuck for a few days afterwards. I never expected that to happen. They'd have never been able to get away with that on the tv show, but they have alot more leeway when it's a movie. Fucking bastards and their reality ruining my childhood view of a perfect world.
