absolutely. anything c93 did thru '96 or so is worth a go, as is "special plan"-- sorta gets samey after that point, but there's a lot of variety in those first 15 years of material
also check out nature & organisation if you're into the folkier side of c93

just saying, staying up the whole day won't reset your circadian rhythm, you need to fast for a set period of time as it is tied to your meal times.
if you stop eating 12-16 hours before your new morning and then eat a meal as soon as you wake up, your body will believe its morning and will wake up at that time in the future
