Personally, i dont think time exists as dimension, or anything for that matter. Its just counter intuitive, and the only evidence for its existence is its supposed relationship with gravity. But how do we know gravity slows “time” and doesn’t just expand the surrounding space making physical matter in that area move/react/change slower relatively?

I'm not a scientist but I think that's what it precisely does. Gravity slows the process and existance of it's surrunding, and the things in there live longer in universal time, but just live slower than the universal time. By universal, understand exterior

Does the past or future exist anywhere outside of your brain?

Chill

No physics expert either buuuuuut think of two points in space and the "time" it takes to get get there. Now think about that line being on a grid of other lines and a force pushing down on the grid of other lines corresponding to the said line of the said points. Now that force is going to bend the line, making it seem "longer" to go to and from the two points. Nooooow if bill is going from the two points that don't bend from gravity, he will get there at the same time you get to your point but you would have aged more, with the appearance of spending more "time". Anything outside of our universe might have experienced it as a super fast explosion, think of all the little pieces of a singularity that explode and how much slower things are gonna appear when they experience one another.

...

well it all depends what you mean by past and future, but in itself it's a human conception; you can apply it to the world, or unvierse, but of course this conception doesn't exist outide of the human brain, by definition. but the future and past we think of targets a real think to me
TLDR; anywhere, yes. everywhere,no. But it's all subjective and we could talk of this forever. Or never kek

Past = less entropy, future = a time with more entropy. I don't think any of you tards have enough knowledge of physics to muse about things like this, you sound like a fucking moron.

Thanks for your critique

14 year olds beeing deep as fuck yo, like maaaan, how can your eyes be real.

Time being affected by gravity is testable, and has been tested, is repeatable, it's a fact.
Time exists because it is self evident. If not, just be in 1985 now.
It's as real as gravity, protons and neutrons, light, it is not a concept.
Just because humans name something doesn't mean "it's a human concept", that's so fucking narcissistic I wanna puke.

Can you prove that you exist anywhere but in my brain?

>believing in objective truths
Sweetie...

nah dude time is all in the mind xddddd

u just havent dropped enough acid xdddd

I'm saying time is just a label we give to keep track of the phenomena of change. It doesn't exist as its own entity, therefore there is no "time dimension". The bending of space is just that- the bending of space, not spacetime.

When space is bent by gravity, the distance between particles and matter effected by physics increases relative to unbent space, adjusting the physics accordingly.

This picture gives an idea of what im talking about, the space near the gravitational center is stretched more and more as you get closer.

summoning physics bros to school these underageb& brainlets who clearly skipped physics class/are too newfag to have gone through it.

Physics is a mind projection. Nothing exists outside your mind. Prove me wrong

everything is a fucking mind projection from your interpretation of reality from your senses. Stop being such an obtuse meta fuck. You might as well subjectively not believe anything if you want to be like that because in fact you have no tangible connection to reality outside of what you are building in your brain.

Anger. Do u feel the need to be right 100% of the time?

yes because vulgarity means anger every single time, you brainlets sure are funny.

And now im going to give u a chance to get the last word in. Beta faggit

no need to be mad user

Gravity is time flowing from slower to faster parts, and the spherical mass of the earth is simply very fast in space/time.
Gravity is time, just with a few extra steps.
