The 24.4lb was a common, but the biggest mirror I've caught is around 22lb I believe.

Muskie, pike, small mouth, large mouth. Michigan has great fishing lakes. Lake st Clair is where I usually fish or Detroit river.

We have snakeheads around here. Thought I read that if you catch one, you are supposed to report and kill it.

Mostly largemouth bass and pike. Occasionally I'll go north and fish for king salmon or head to the coast and try to catch some striper when they are running in the spring.
