7/10 not a bad song but I like it! I'll check out the album
With a genre like surf rock, you're better off checking out compilations. Most surf groups only made one great song, before disappearing. Very few even recorded any albums.

Way more consistent than any single-artist surf album from the 60's.

What albums should i listen to by them first?
Thanks for these comps I will check them out too but why didn't they record that much or at all?
Most rock bands in the 50's and early-to-mid 60's recorded very little for a variety of reasons.
>They were often quite young and drifted apart for college
>Only established artists regularly recorded full albums due to the costs involved, and singles were still the dominant format anyway
>They couldn't find any label willing to record them
>They got disheartened due to the lack of success and broke up after a couple singles
Not only that, but many albums from this time period with crammed full of shitty filler. Your average garage or surf rock album was at least 50% uninspired covers since kt wasn't considered the norm for rock bands to write their own material.
