im doing a save in serbia which is similar, except foreigners become serbian in 3 years. 5 serbians in match day squad so its pretty easy to stay on top of it

Yeah, Krasnodar does have a good number of youth prospects and a nice academy, so you don't have to fight over a good players to fit the limit of russian players on the pitch (there's literally very few of them). Definitely wouldn't recommend to manage some shit-tier clubs like KS or Tom. But, if you're looking for the challenge, skip 1st year, and appoint for the manager of Torpedo Moscow -
they're usually got promoted in that time. THEY HAVE NOTHING.

Btw, look up Tsallagov, Vasin, Tigiev, Kolomeitsev, Ozdoev, Mitryushkin. Vpered, magnitooshka.

Its not really though, I used to play the fuck out of f1 manager games back in the day and the old ones still have infinitely more depth than this game. This feels like a facebook game

I generally play with a CF or a poacher.
I'm pretty sure TMs play more of a supporting role, like a DLF. It might work with inside forwards, but just one AM means effectively nobody is making runs into the box half of the time.

I don't know jack shit about F1 so the game seems deep to me. What games did you used to play with so much more depth?

I sold Vasin for like 2 mil to Terek Grozny. I got Ozdoev from Rubin for like 3mil but he's very expensive.
