never listened to them

In Rainbows is still a good album

same. based independent thinker (i realize the irony in my post)

I grow out and into them on yearly intervals

Neil Hannon happened

That's independent action, not independent thought.
Fair enough he hasn't listened to Radiohead anyway.

Thanks for this post that will appear in my cringe channel, you fucking faggot.

stopped listening to them obsessively when I was 17
still occasionally listen to some of their albums and enjoy it

I still enjoy them when I decide to revisit their music
Mostly b-sides though

I've listened to the entirety of Sup Forums core and none of the other bands that are on the list come close to the kind of variety and the experience that these guys offer. Except for some electronic albums that are better than Radiohead's ventures, there's no one in Rock that touches them. Every other album that Sup Forums recommends is just the same fucking song 10 times over.

>(pretends) he's actively listened to all Sup Forums essentials
>thinks most aren't good, interesting, varied albums
either you're some retard anomaly they didn't catch at ultra sound to abort, or you didn't hear the albums.

shiitest band ever faggot youtube.com/watch?v=1ZDnvVhysMg

I don't know how to prove it to you and frankly I don't have to. I didn't say they aren't good. I liked a lot of the albums, but they don't come close to the varied influences and the sheer vastness of sounds on Radiohead albums. I don't get why it's cool to bash this band.

They aren't very popular in my country desu. I discovered them in 2017. Im 25

I've ALWAYS grown out of them i do declare.

Moon Shaped Pool is still GOAT

Go back to /r/music you fucking brainlet

I thought I would grow out of The Bends thinking it would not age well, but I've only grown to appreciate it more and now it's my second favourite Radiohead album of all time.

Look at the songs from OKC, Kid A, Amnesiac, HTTT, In Rainbows, TKOL and AMSP and name 2-3 songs that sound exactly the same in terms of structure, sound, melody or even chord progressions. That's over 60 songs that sound nothing like each other. What I like about them is that once they've done an album that has a particular style, they never go back to it. The only other band I can think of that does this well is Pink Floyd to an extent, and they were limited by the technology at that time.
For anyone who thinks this is not hard to do is a natural fucking retard.

25

I kinda rediscover them every time they put a new album out, but then it eventually fades away.

Okay, so it sounds shit in a different way on each track. Big whoop

Trying to bait too hard there, friendo.

>Reddithead
Reddit hates Radiohead

Radiohead is Reddit favorite alt rock band

Beatles

Why does Thom Yorke look like Mike Myers's Cat in the Hat in that picture?

they are to wacky for me and instrumentally WAY too weak.

some girl at the gym recommended me in rainbows

I was falling asleep while listening to it

And Modest Mouse but not the one good album.

Curious, who's your favorite artist?

Same. There isn't a big music listening culture, because most bands don't tour here, except for giants like Metallica and some other meh-tier band. Radiohead is in the "one-hit wonder" category and I was surprised when I found out they have more than Creep at 19

this

never. they will always have a place in my heart

>Listened to Radiohead a lot when I first came to Sup Forums
>Pretty much completely stopped listening to them about 6 months after

never

the fanbase there is huge
