Serious question, IF Pulisic were to become America's first world class player, how would American mainstream media react to this?
Would he be invited on late night shows, constantly talked about in American sports media, be on the cover of American magazines, basically become a celebrity?
I mean, by becoming a world class football player, he could automatically become the globally best known American athlete of all time.
Or would American media just ignore him, in fear that rednecks will get mad because "he's a commie soccer player, which is Unamerican" or in fear that Americans might start liking football, which isn't a very commercial-friendly sport?
