Then for now, while i'm acting OP. Would a 20 MP requirement for a vote to be passed be good enough until the fix is finished? Or would 10/15 be well enough. With a small minority I'd assume the president and leading group could appeal at a later date to have whatever is brought up overturned.
Everyone seems to forget about appeals in these things. No law is forever, so no one should really get upset in the short timeframe.
