take a butter knife jam it behind the head and un screw your welcome
Get a rubber band and put it between your screwn and the philips head, push and turn.
wedge a small flat head screw driver in between the screw head and wood (looks like painted mdf). Then when with a Phillips head screwdriver back the screw out slowly. Once the threads catch some wood it should come out easily. That screw head is stripped and MDF is garbage wood.
