Was it socialism in the sense I understand it? I remember in reading of the Krupp Family, that their business was never interfered with by Hitler. Nor were the other businesses that existed in the country. So what makes NatSoc Soc?

If you read Mein Kampf, he explains the distinction in exhaustive detail. He also breaks down what he called "high finance capitalism", what we today call "globalism". You'll encounter a lot of quotes against capitalism, but in his time of writing, it referred specifically to the internationalist banking variety.
