Hey Pop, I've been seeing your interesting charts for a while and I kinda wanted to recommend some pop from my country to see if you'll like it, if you want. Pic related is one of my favourites, plus some songs are also in english so it might be a good album to begin with.

Other reccs:
Mina - Mina (she's basically THE italian pop singer here, so really all of her other works fit)
Mia Martini - Danza
Giuni Russo - Energie
BIRTHH - Born In The Woods
Meg - Psychodelia (voice is very similar to Björk's, but the songs overall are a bit more on the energetic/happy side. Pretty catchy.)
Alice - Capo Nord
Beatrice Antolini - A Due

Some male ones that are good and that you might like:
Raphael Gualazzi - Love Life Peace
I Cani - Lo Straordinario Album D'esordio De I Cani (or "Aurora" if you want something more upbeat)
Gabbani - Greitist Iz
The Pink Album by Immanuel Casto is almost on the "comedy" side of pop but it's a really good listen even if you're not on the mood for comedy.

Sorry for the wall of text, just wanted to post some recommendations. =)

I feel like I should check more Elliot Smith out
See You Again or 911/Mr. Lonely

just fucking great songs desu

>you?

Check Acid Bath - When the Kite String Pops

Carly something next to Steve Reich is either an embarassing attempt at post-internet irony, or just a gay move.

Moonshake - Eva Luna

Check Black Star - Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star
Guru - Jazzmatazz

The Gun Club - Miami
The Gun Club - Fire of Love
Darkthrone - Panzerfaust

>that Harp thingy looks cool
It's a solid album. Kind of poppy and bright but nice instrumentation and arrangement, and something of a plot to follow.

It's my go to fall album. Good to hear you're fine now. I used to listen to stuff like Dirge - Hyperion when I was feeling down. Still enjoy that album.
