I'm going to India for the eighth time in September or October.
What are the chances I get murdered by Naxals if I decide to visit impoverished communities in the rural regions of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh?
Most probably Naxals won't do anything to a common worker who doesn't works for Indian government.
did my post just get fucking removed?
I've read several books about Naxals.
From the sound of it, the CPI-M is fairly arbitrary in its distribution of violence to persons even suspected of being government informants.
I don't think they have a history of targeting foreigners, but I don't want to get beheaded by angry adivasis for going too far into the forest.
