The drums are used cleverly and sound nice but they aren't really as outstanding as a lot of other rythmic sections are.
Lot of Technical Death and Experimental Jazz for example have very complex drums.
Look at Archspire's "Relentless Mutation". Not only it's played faster than in any song mentionned here but it's also so masterfully written that its role goes beyond the rythmic section, as a part of the melody in itself. The different types of blast also add a lot to the song, and the fact that he varies a lot between them creates a very special ambiance that can never get repetitive.
Lots of examples in other genres too, like "The Marriage Of Coyote Woman" from All Them Witches that is much more similar to Sabbath.
