Sup Forums I am genuinely curious how to view the failing of Kansas regarding the tax cuts for business. The state completely went "redpill" and exempted businesses from taxes and the goal was to bring in lots of new business which would increase revenue. It seemed to have completely fail. Today the state announced the funding for public schools was deemed unworthy and it just is awful. What went wrong? Wasn't this suppose to be a republican dream?

My former home state of NY implemented a tax incentive for all the detroited-out post-industrial areas that seemed like a good idea, but it's unclear what the net effect is. My guess is it's mainly going to attract transnational cartels (tax cheats) and further destroy small business and the country. NY is pretty retarded. So let's see how Kansas plays out.

If you want to learn more about Kansas, you have to go back a bit further than Brownback to understand what exactly happened; Kansas, over a long period of time, had one of thee strongest economies in the nation due to most elected officials having to stay in the middle. We were at one time sitting on a budget surplus of 30 million dollars, give our take, and things were going good for the economy here.
But then people started getting annoyed when Kathleen Sebelius started fucking with our surplus for her shitty projects and starting to lean heavy to the left. Then, Brownback popped up, and instead of staying in the middle, went too far right and dicked the economy down and blew through all of the surplus and more.
