But everyone always knew, all that work ultimately produces a higher quality of life, more luxury, and more comfort, which, if the working class begins to be able to afford to acquire it with their own wages, at once increases demand and commerce, but also erodes their glorification of hard labor, which they will defend to the death.

And so in this century we will find out how the end of the industrial revolution plays out, when the great seething masses of worker bees deals with having to find a new purpose in life as idle rich & idle poor, when their entire purpose of existence for generations comes to an end.
