Because while I'm extremely social and like being in a social group meaning I'm able to socialize, I never used Grindr or similar to find the kind of boyfriend I want before. Exactly. I can't do much by circling around my city, since I won't really have luck. Grindr is my solution, and again, I still am not prepared to go wild with it, even if it were just hookups.

When it comes to imagining a couple of your choice, it mostly has to do cuddling and hugging for me. I guess I could say cuddle is better, but sex is nice too.

That would be the most natural way. Unfortunately it may not necessarily be a "quick" way. On the other hand, the downside of Grindr is that it's quick but is usually one night stands and cheap hookups that have little to no substance to them, if you're seeking a relationship. Have relationships been formed on Grindr? Probably. But it's not really what most people are after on there.

That's understandable. I have actually become more introverted myself. I used to be hanging out with all kinds of new people. For some reason I started to become more shy. And something else weird is despite my IRL shyness, I tend to be very sociable online, and through online socialization I am eager to make new friends and want to meet the people I get to know. I have actually done so and it's been great. I got to meet several posters here.

And like I said, even today I hate the idea of meeting a random person that I haven't met. I think the difference is that with online socializing you get the chance to talk and get to know the person without the fear that IRL interactions bring. Then when the time to meet comes, you at least have an idea of the type of person you're meeting. Does that make some sort of sense? I hope I didn't sound confusing.

Been introverted since I was a kid. Didn't help when I got a computer and stopped socialising completely. Not that good at being social online either, it kinda comes and goes.

Two jobs huh? Nice. I may be taking on an internship soon. I go in to interview next week.

It's exciting, I'll be doing IT related tasks. It's a requirement that I have at least 120 hours (minimum) in the field with something related to my degree program in order to graduate, which happens in the spring. Exciting stuff!

I think I started becoming more introverted around the same time I got a laptop of my own and spent more time online. Interesting.... lol. But I don't regret it. I still interact with people but only if I know them or there's some mutual connection like a friend of a friend.
