You're not wrong. I hated on Sup Forumscore for YEEEEAAAAAARS before I had even listened to a fourth of it. A lot of it is good. I only found a few that were really good, and a handful that I would consider excellent, but a lot of it is good.
I just had the misfortune of listening to the wrong albums first, and coming away with the conclusion that Sup Forums was a board dedicated to nothing but middle class emo kids strumming an acoustic guitar in their mom's basement.
It didn't help that at the time Sup Forums was an iron curtain of elitism, and that my angry vendetta against a board that dared call my bands trash while "listening to nothing but acoustic depressioncore bullshit" was nothing more than a kid throwing pebbles at a tank, but hey, over time me and Sup Forums warmed up to each other. Mostly.

Not really, honestly... I guess she's a talented singer. I'm not really an expert on that sort of thing. Her albums are a little above average but never great, like they're always less than the sum of their parts. She gets these amazing producers like Howie B, Tricky, Herbert, Matmos, and guys from 808 State and LFO. But they never turn in their best work. Sometimes I wonder if the only reason people like her is the quirky European accent, or because they wanna fuck her.
