depends if you want to work in industry or academia. If industry then go for it, but don't expect to be hired by any anglophone firms because they will think you were not good enough to get into an english speaking uni. If academia then just straight up don't do it, nobody wants a postdoc from a non-western advisor.

I would rather you do your Ph.D. in Australia to be honest.
