questions like this are always asked in these threads and the best response is that there are a lot of different reasons why people like this. Some don't like soiled diapers, some do. Some think of it more as a punishment/humiliation, some enjoy the act of reverting to a mindset of a baby/toddler.. some just like the idea of its innocence, some just like the feel of it. There's plenty of info out there about it.

You *might* be able to wear goodnights without tearing them apart, but it's not gonna be comfortable at all.
Look for ABDL diapers - they're high quality & look babyish, but are really expensive.
I gonna for Tena Maxi or Abena M4s most of the time. Reasonably affordable & they feel great.
