If you're on cantraceptive tablets it will be that. Butt acne is hormonal, go on sunbeds once a week for 6 minutes and wear breathable material trousers. It's not the end of the world and it clears up fast.
Are you shaving your ass? and if so what with?

Had a problem with acne myself, not on my ass though. What I found that helped was luke warm water, not hot. Gentle bodywash, something with
benzoyl peroxide like a cream or something (can get the from the pharmacy here). A spot treatment like witch hazel ( got some in the supermarket).
Wash like once a day, wear loose fitting underwear and change them every day, even twice if needed.
Don't use razors to shave, you could be getting ingrown hairs, use a hair removal cream or wax.

Had a single abscess on my butt. I was too embarrassed to say anything. 4 years later I couldn't sit properly and had no choice to get it surgically removed. 1K upfront after insurance, another 1K billed later. Had I went earlier a simple lancing would have been enough but waiting for it to magically go away (it doesn't work like that) caused me to have surgery. Don't let this get out of hand.
Worst case scenario; google pilonidal cyst and have nightmares.

Say you have an abscess on your upper leg. No one will ask to look. If they see through the charade and know you mean ass, then they really won't ask to look at it.
Dermatologist are much cheaper than a hospital visit. They see some gross shit from old people so no need to be embarrassed.
You can treat them with receipt free blistering ointment ... Is like 10 bucks and already helps after a few days. Do it for 5-10 days always overnight with bandage. If it doesnt help you can just surgically remove it. But it helps me always. Now gives US some nudes for help OP

Just post a pic without the censor, Sup Forums has seen literally a billion vaginas. Also that looks like ass acne. Means you aren't showering correctly or you sweat a lot down there. Woman tend to have more moisture in that area, so bacteria is more likely to grow and create the kind of pimples that you can't pop without pain
